We're avoiding the northern part of Maui due to the winds. The edge of the northern part and the central valley is McGregor Poin
We turned around and headed back east so some repeated scenery but worth viewing.
We could briefly see the top of Kahiwa falls this time!
Up and over the northern point of Lanai
Trade winds pushing moist air up th e cliffs gives us plenty of clouds but they are much higher than us.
Tipof the peninsula called Kahlu Pt, lighthouse, and and Kalaupapa Airport.
This canyon is on Maui south of Lahaina but I never saw it from the road.
